On Sunday 4th February, 47-year-old Nigerian national, Chamberlain Igwemba was shot dead and another man seriously injured in Flamborough House, Clayton Road in Peckham. At the time of the incident, Detective Chief Inspector Peter Valentine said; "We do not know at this stage if the shooting was pre-meditated or was the result of something happening in the flat.”
